Hi, I am Melita.

A yoga teacher, a traveller, and someone who knows what it means to start over.

I was born in Albania, grew up in Italy, and found my home in Australia. Three countries, three languages, three versions of myself and through all of it, yoga was the one constant that never left me.

When everything around me changed, my practice gave me roots. It taught me that the most important journey is not the one across oceans it's the one inward.

I created Evolve in You because I wanted to share what yoga really gave me: not just flexibility, but a way to know myself deeply, to face my fears, and to choose who I want to become every single day.
