ANIMA
MINDFUL LIVING YOGA RETREAT
20 - 23 November 2025 Sehuli Wellness Canggu
ANIMA
Mindful Living Retreat in Bali
After months of walking side by side (literally and figuratively), dreaming out loud under the afternoon sun, we’re finally here. What began as personal growth, shared stories, and deep conversations between two friends has now blossomed into a journey we’re ready to offer you.
ANIMA is more than just a yoga retreat. It’s a space created from our shared “why”, a desire to slow down, to reconnect, and to nourish ourselves on every level. This experience brings together the wisdom of traditional yoga with the grounding practice of mindful eating, guided by nutritionist Valentina Chieregato and yoga teacher Melita Tafa.
Over the course of four days in the peaceful heart of Bali, you’ll be invited to explore not how flexible your body is, but how present your mind can become. You’ll be guided through ancient yogic techniques, breath, movement, meditation, that have been used for thousands of years as tools to heal the body through listening, not fixing.
In a world that moves fast, where distraction is constant and silence rare, this retreat offers something profoundly simple: the chance to pause. To feel. To nourish. To remember how to come home to yourself.
Let this be your invitation to slow down, tune in, and rediscover a more intentional way of living.

Why Join Us?
Because you’re tired of rushing and you need that stillness of the mind. Your body is speaking to you, and you’re finally ready to listen.
This retreat is designed to help you come back to your senses. Through every breath, every bite, and every moment of presence, you’ll learn how to carry these practices beyond the mat and into your daily life.
How You’ll Feel After
You’ll leave feeling lighter, not because you did more, but because you did less, with intention.
You’ll feel clearer in your mind, softer in your body, and more connected to yourself.
You’ll return home with tools, memories, and perhaps even a few new soul-friends.
And most importantly, you’ll remember what it feels like to truly be connected again, with your inner self, independent from the outside world.
